In this tutorial, you will learn how to zoom out on google sheets.
If you’re working with a lot of data in Google Sheets, you may find that not everything you want to see is visible at the same time. If you need to see more of your data at once, you can zoom out. This will decrease the size of the cells and data, allowing more cells to fit in your screen at once.
Follow these steps to zoom out in Google Sheets
Open the View menu and hover over the Zoom submenu. A menu of zoom percentages will appear, showing the a checkmark beside the currently selected zoom
To zoom out, you’ll want to select a percentage lower than the currently selected percentage. For example, if the checkbox is beside 100% and you select 50%, your spreadsheet will display at half the size
To reset to the default zoom, simply follow the steps above and select 100% from the zoom menu
