In this tutorial, you will learn how to unlink form Google Sheets.
Collecting Google Forms responses in Google Sheets is very convenient, but sometimes you’ll find you need to unlink the form in order to continue working with the data you collected without worrying about new responses coming in. Fortunately, unlinking a form is quick and easy. Just follow these steps
Step 1
Open the spreadsheet you want to unlink to form from and locate the tab where the form data is stored. You can easily see which tabs have form data linked to them because form data tabs have a purple form icon beside the tab name
Step 2
Click on the down arrow tab menu icon to open the tab menu, then Choose Unlink Form from the menu
Step 3
Click OK in the popup that appears
Step 4
The form is now unlinked. Existing responses will remain in the spreadsheet but no new responses will be added
