In your iPhone, select the Google Docs application. Look for the file you want to save and open it in the application.
Click on the ‘…’ icon on the top-right corner to view more settings.
In the pop-up panel, click on the Share & export option.
Click the Send a copy option.
Google Docs will allow you to choose what format to export your file. You can export your file as a PDF or as a Word document (.docx). Click OK to proceed.
In this example, we’ll export our file as a PDF.
In the pop-up, click on the Save to Files option.
Choose where you want to save your file. Click on Save to proceed.
Open the Files application to find your exported Google Docs document.
