Here’s our step-by-step guide on how to print on an envelope in Google Docs.
Open a new blank Google Docs document.
We can use a third-party extension to help format our document like an envelope. Click on Extensions > Add-ons > Get add-ons to access the Google Workspace Marketplace where you can find hundreds of different add-ons you can use.
Searchfor the Mail Merge add-on and click on Install.
Follow the prompts that ask you to grant permission to the third-party add-on.
Once the add-on is installed, click on Extensions > Mail Merge > Envelopes.
Select your preferred envelope size and click Save. Over 30+ sizes are available. Note that DL envelopes are the most widely used, as well as Size 10 envelopes which are slightly larger.
To print the document, click on File > Print.
