Step 1

Open a blank Google Docs document.

Step 2

In the Insert menu, click on Table and use the provided grid to create a 2×2 table.

Step 3

In the top-left cell, add the logo of your company. Use the top-right cell to add the invoice number as well as the date the invoice is being issued.

Use the bottom two cells to show the adress and contact details of both your company and the client.

Step 4

Right-click on the table and click Table properties.

In the Color section, set the table border to 0pt.

Step 5

Create another table in your document with at least two columns. These columns will contain the description of each deliverable being charged and the corresponding amount.

Fill the table with the appropriate details. Do not forget to add a total in the bottom row that shows the total amount being charged to the client.
