Select the bar graph and click on the Link icon to reveal more options. Click the Open source option to access the Google Sheets document where you can adjust the values to display.

In this example, we’ll replace our default sample data with company sales data we want to present in our report. If you want to make additional changes to the bar graph, click on the three dots icon on the top-right corner of the graph and select Edit chart.

You’ll be able to edit almost every aspect of your chart, including the color scheme, labels, and data to present.

Step 5

Once you are satisfied with the changes made to your bar graph, return to the original document. Click on the Update button on the inserted chart.
