Step 1

Open the document you want to share with other users.

In the pop-up dialog box, click on the textbox to add the email address of the user you want to give access to.

You can choose to give user either Viewer, Commenter, or Editor access. You can choose to notify the person via email. If you choose this option, you can provide an optional message for the user receiving access.
