In this example, we’ll modify the Google Docs document with the title ‘Sample Document’. Click on the Edit button in the bottom-right corner to start formatting this document.
Tap the screen to select your desired text in your document. First, double-tap the place in your document you wish to edit. Drag the blue markers to select more text.
Tap on the Format icon and select the Paragraph tab. Next to Line spacing, use the arrows to increase the line spacing from the default 1.15 to 2.00.
Your document should now be formatted with double spacing.
