How to Double Space Text in Google Docs
Here’s our step-by-step guide on how to double space text in google docs.
First, select the text you want to add double line spacing to. If you want to apply double spacing to the entire document, type Ctrl + A (Windows) or ⌘ + A (Mac) to select all text in your document.
Next, click on the Line & paragraph spacing icon in the toolbar.
Select on the Double option.
Your selected text should now follow double spacing.
You can also achieve the same result by selecting Format > Line & paragraph spacing > Double.
Besides double spacing, Google Docs also allows you to set custom spacing. In the Line & paragraph shortcut, select Custom spacing.
You can now modify the number in the provided text box under Line spacing. Click on Apply to proceed.
