In this tutorial, you will learn how to clear contents in google sheets.
If you ever need to clear the contents of a cell or range in Google Sheets, don’t worry, it’s quick and easy to do so in just a few steps. Here’s how:
Step 1
Select the range to clear contents from. This range can be a single cell or a range. Click and drag over the cells to select a range of cells
Step 2
Hit the BACKSPACE or DELETE key on your keyboard. The contents of the cells will be deleted, but any formatting assigned to the cell will be unaffected
Step 3
Note that you can also clear contents from multiple ranges by holding down SHIFT and selecting multiple ranges before clearing the contents with DELETE or BACKSPACE
