Step 1
First, you need to have a clean and tidy group of data to work with.

In this example, we will be using data validation tool in Google Sheets to create a yes or no option.
To do this, you simply need to select the cells you want to add the yes or no option, then select ‘Data’, and select ‘Data validation’.

Step 3
Then, a pop-up box will appear. In the pop-up box, you can specify the criteria.
For us, we will need to select ‘List of items’ and input ‘Yes, No’.

Step 4
Once you press ‘Save’, your cells will look like this. You can now select Yes or No in each cell.
