How to Search Through All Tabs in Google Sheets
Here’s how to search through all tabs in Google Sheets.
Step 1
Open the Google Sheets spreadsheet you want to search through.

In this example, we want to search through a sample spreadsheet with data spread across three different tabs.
Step 2
In the Edit menu, select the Find and replace option. Alternatively, you can use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl + H (Cmd + H for Mac users)

Step 3
In the Find textbox, type the string you want to search. Ensure that the dropdown list in the Search section is set to “All sheets”

Users can also check additional options such as matching the case of the given string or restricting the results to cells that match entirely with the given string.
In our example, we’re looking for other instances of the string “CA”.
Step 4
If a match is found, the matched cell will be selected automatically.

Step 5
Users can continue to click on Find to find the next occurrence.
